The flat accommodates 4/6 people, and comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds), a sitting room/ dining room, a study with a sofa bed, TV and HiFi, Wifi, well stocked kitchen (though local restaurants leave little incentive to cook), and a spacious new bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer. All rooms have direct access from the hall, and there are 5 French windows to small balconies. The 2 bedrooms and sitting room have air conditioning.

Price

Payment may be made by cheque or electronic transfer in pounds sterling or euros. A separate deposit may be required, refundable after the return of the keys, subject to minimal damage or losses.

Please note prices will be as follows

The basic cost for the flat will be £80 pounds sterling per night if there are 1 or 2 people.
For additional adults the extra cost is £20 pppn

eg total cost per night with 4 adults is £110 pounds sterling.

5% off for 7 or more nights

Alternatively payment can be made in euros at current exchange rates
