Bright and spacious 1st floor flat in Central Edinburgh, in quiet leafy street just north of the Meadows, but near many theatres, cinemas and cafes.

The flat comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite shower), a single bedroom, sitting room, large kitchen and separate bathroom. Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi.

Availability is negotiable (as I spend some weekends there).

Prefer 4+ people for 4+ nights - discount may be available midweek

Price

Payment may be made by cheque or electronic transfer in pounds sterling or euros. A separate deposit may be required, refundable after the return of the keys, subject to minimal damage or losses.

Please note prices will be as follows

The basic cost for the flat will be £80 pounds sterling per night if there are 1 or 2 people.
For additional adults the extra cost is £20 pppn

eg total cost per night with 4 adults is £115 pounds sterling.

5% off for 7 or more nights

During the festival in August there will be a surcharge of £10 pppn
